NEB Grade 12 परीक्षाफल सम्बन्धी महोत्वपूर्ण सूचना – Transcript, Retotaling and Correction Notice १. प्रमाणपत्र उपलब्ध गराउने सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थाः क. अक्षराङ्कन पद्धतिबाट कक्षा ११ र १२ को परीक्षामा सहभागी भई दुवै कक्षामा प्रत्येक विषयका सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षामा कम्तिमा D+ र प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षामा कम्तिमा C ग्रेड प्राप्त गर्ने परीक्षार्थीहरुलाई नतिजा प्रकाशन भएको मितिले १५ दिन पश्चात् मात्र ट्रान्सक्रिप्ट, माईग्रेसन र प्रोभिजनल(TMP) प्रमाणपत्र उपलब्ध गराइने छ । ख. अक्षराङ्कन पद्धतिबाट कक्षा ११ र १२ को परीक्षामा सहभागी भई प्रत्येक विषयका सैद्धान्तिक परीक्षामा कम्तिमा D+ र प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षामा कम्तिमा C ग्रेड प्राप्त गरेका परीक्षार्थीले ग्रेडवृद्धि परीक्षामा सहभागी नहुने अवस्थामा मात्र शैक्षिक योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र लिन सक्ने छन । यसरी शैक्षिक योग्यताका प्रमाणपत्र लिइसकेका परीक्षार्थीले ग्रेडवृद्धि परीक्षामा सहभागी हुन पाउने छैनन् । यदि त्यस्ता परीक्षार्थीले ग्रेडवृद्धि परीक्षामा सहभागी भएमा उक्त परीक्षा स्वतः रद्द हुनेछ । (ग्रेडवृद्धि परीक्षा सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थाका लागि छुट्टै सूचना प्रकाशन गरिने छ । ग. कक्षा ११ र १२ उत्तीर्ण, रजिष्ट्रेशन नम्बरका शुरुका दुई अंक ७३ वा सोभन्दा कम भएका अङ्काङ्कन पद्धतिका विद्यार्थीहरुलाई ट्रान्सक्रिप्ट, माईग्रेसन र प्रोभिजनल प्रमाणपत्रहरू नतिजा प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन पछि मात्र उपलव्ध गराइनेछ । रजिष्ट्रेशन नं. का शुरुका दुई अंक ६८ वा सो भन्दा बढी भएका विद्यार्थीहरुको शैक्षिक योग्यताका प्रमाणपत्रहरु राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डका सम्बन्धित कार्यालयहरु (विराटनगर, जनकपुर, हेटौडा, पोखरा, बुटवल, सुर्खेत, कोहलपुर, धनगढी र काठमाण्डौं) बाट उपलब्ध गराइनेछ । २. राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डबाट कक्षा १२ को परीक्षाफल प्रकाशन पश्चात्आपूले प्राप्त गरेको कुनै विषयको ग्रेड/अंकमा चित्त नबुझी पुनर्योग गर्न चाहने परीक्षार्थीले प्रति विषय रु. ५००।– (पाच सय) का दरले दस्तुर बुझाई पुनर्योगका लागि ग्रेडसिट/मार्कसिट वा Website बाट डाउनलोड गरेको ग्रेडसिट/मार्कसिट संलग्न गरी परीक्षाफल प्रकाशन भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन (२०७६ साउन २८ गते) भित्र राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डको सम्बन्धित कार्यालयहरु वा राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्ड, सानोठिमी, भक्तपुरमा आवेदन दिइसक्नु पर्नेछ । ३. राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डबाट कक्षा १२ को परीक्षाफल प्रकाशनका क्रममा कुनै त्रुटि (स्थगित वा अनुपस्थित, विषय फरक पर्ने, नाम थर, र.नं. फरक पर्ने आदि) देखिएमा सम्बन्धित श्ँँखा कार्यालयहरू वा राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्ड, सानोठिमी, भक्तपुरमा नतिजा प्रकाशन भएको मितिले ६ महिनाभित्र आवश्यक कागजात सहित निवेदन पेश गर्न अनुरोध गरिन्छ । म्याद नाघी आएका र रित नपुगेका निवेदन उपर कुनै कारवाही नहुने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारीका लागि अनुरोध छ । ४. नतिजा प्रकाशन सकभर टुत्री रहित ढङ्गले गरिएको छ । यान्त्रिक कारणले कुनै त्रुटी भएमा मूल अभिलेखबाट सच्याइने छ ।
